Alternative Toxicology Tests
- Ocular Irritation (based on bovine cornea or chicken chorio-allantoic membrane)
- Dermal Irritation (based on EPISKINTM)

Cell viability assays (based on MTT) and cytokine release assays are being developed and validated to support the requirements of artificial human skin based studies. We have developed a roadmap for commissioning of alternative toxicological methods as approved by OECD.
